Sheldon Home Health, Inc. is a state-licensed, ACHC-accredited, and DHCS-certified home health agency serving homebound patients throughout the greater Los Angeles area. We specialize in delivering physician-ordered medical care directly to patients who cannot easily leave their homes due to illness, injury, or disability.
Our team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) collaborates closely with your physician to create a personalized plan of care designed for your unique recovery needs.
